Today Marilyn Evensizer reminded me of a very important piece of the VISION for our church that must continuously be proclaimed!Everyone is a Minister! Everyone needs a Ministry!
Marilyn is part of a team of precious souls at our church who meet weekly to sow, knit, crochet, quilt...all kinds of creative projects...
The Harvest Team takes these beautiful hand-made treasures to the homeless...
They have sent their treasures overseas to troops in Iraq...
They have joined the community bazaar raising funds to help them continue their projects...
and the list goes on...
Anyway, Today Marilyn was working on creating a care package for a family in our community that just lost their home to a fire...
Marilyn kept saying to me how the Lord has put it on her heart to "build bridges to the community and beyond"...
